FT80 strength training feature for running sprints??
Wouldn't the strength training feature of the FT80 be ideal for running sprints, hill sprints, or other HIIT exercises? One can use the watch to find the appropriate recovery period between "sets" of high exertion. Except these sets are running sets. Forget foot pods, gps, measuring distance. Just raw heart rate based training with high exertion and calculated recovery periods between sets. Good idea? Bad idea?
