Pulse watch and variations
Hi.
I have just started to use the A 300 Polar pulse watch.
During the bike cycling I will be riding in Zone 1, to burn fat. The watch shows that I should be at 122 HR.
The next day the watch shows that I should be at 108 HR, the third day 117 HR.
Why this variation,perhaps it is the overall daily fitness that does the difference ?
